PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how KA Systems Global, Ltd. (“KA”, “we”) handles information collected through kaga88.com (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. Games KA supplies to licensed operators run on those operators’ own services, under their own privacy policies — we are not the controller of the personal data players provide to them.

The Site is a business showcase for gaming-industry professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Three things, and nothing else:

• What you send us. If you use the sales or support form, we receive the name, work email and company you enter, plus anything optional you add — target markets, licence held, messenger handle and your message.
• How the Site is used. Standard analytics: pages viewed, language selected, which games are opened, whether a demo is launched, approximate country-level location, and general device and browser type.
• Server logs. Our hosting providers record IP address, request time and user agent for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details, identity documents or any special category of personal data.

Form submissions are used solely to reply to you and, if it goes further, to progress a business conversation. Analytics is used to understand which parts of the Site are useful and to improve it. Logs are used to keep the Site available and secure.

Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving a business website and in responding to business enquiries — and, for analytics cookies in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, your consent.

We never sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

The demo games on the Site require no account and no registration. Each session is issued a random, throwaway player identifier so the game can run. It is not linked to you, is not retained as a profile, and is discarded. Demo play involves no real money and creates no financial record.

The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is disabled by default and only aggregate, cookieless signals are collected unless you consent. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are disabled everywhere, for everyone.

Your browser also stores your language choice locally, so the Site opens in the language you picked. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the Site works without them.

We share personal information only with the service providers that make the Site work — our hosting and content-delivery providers, our analytics provider and our email provider — and only as far as they need it to deliver that service. They act on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights, safety or property. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries are kept while the business conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot be responsible for events outside our control.
